Surveillance

We provide covert surveillance and observation under any circumstances and in any timeframe. Our teams manage each case with diligence and focus, listening and responding to the specific needs of the situation, ensuring that the client’s objectives take precedence and are fully satisfied.

Surveillance can take many forms, and it is our experience that will help us select the most appropriate method for each particular case. Our surveillance operations are conducted 100% lawfully and fall fully within the guidelines set out by the various laws governing the subject of surveillance.

The Data Protection, Human Rights, Privacy and RIPA (Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act) may have to be considered during some operations.

We offer:

  • An experienced and dedicated surveillance team, using only expert operatives.
  • Static and mobile covert and overt surveillance systems, utilising both state of the art technology and established techniques.
  • Object and vehicle tracking.
  • UK and Worldwide coverage.
  • A quick response service.
  • In-depth and detailed evidence reports.
  • Frequent communication with our clients and regular updates where necessary.
  • Court admissible end reports and logs of the very highest standard. *

Upon the completion of our observations, we will present our clients with a thorough written report accompanied by any video footage or photographic evidence taken during our surveillance. Due to the sensitive nature of some of our assignments, we cannot always guarantee that we can produce video or photographic evidence. AGIS are very aware of the importance of producing reports as they may be used as evidence in a court of law. We therefore ensure all of our investigators are very diligent in the preparation and completion of our written reports.

To find out more about our surveillance service please contact us through this website or email us at [email protected] to discuss your requirements and receive a free no obligation quote.

Please note: * AGIS kindly requests that our clients formally notify us if our written reports along with any photographic or video evidence are likely to be reproduced to support a current or future court case in the UK or any other jurisdiction. We make this request so we can fully understand your legal requirements and prepare to create admissable reports for any jurisdiction. If such information is not formally communicated to us prior to our investigation, the contents of our report are not to be exhibited to any affidavit. If you have any questions regarding this, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
